New service line

Daily halal canteen service, documented the way a tender asks for it.

For private and international schools in Klang Valley. Cooked in a JAKIM-certified central kitchen staffed entirely by Muslim crew, delivered daily in our own van.

Certification, not assurance

Halal Malaysia certified since 2023, scheme 2 047-01/2023 to MS 1500:2019, with an all-Muslim kitchen crew. A parent asking the question gets a certificate number, not a promise.

Thirty days, no repeats

Menus are planned in 30-day blocks with no day repeating inside a block, published ahead so parents and the school office can both see what is coming.

One kitchen, one van

Prepared at Ara Damansara and delivered by our own vehicle. No third-party courier between the kitchen and the canteen counter.

Procurement-ready

SSM registered, MyInvois e-invoicing in place, and a compliance record that states what is held and what is still outstanding.

What daily service looks like

Menus are planned in 30-day blocks and no two days repeat inside a block. A child eats thirty different lunches a month rather than the same five on a loop.

In the rotation

Malaysian

Nasi lemak, ayam masak merah, acar jelatah. The food most of the room already eats at home.

In the rotation

Western

Pasta, grilled chicken, roasted vegetables. Familiar to an international cohort.

In the rotation

Asian

Teriyaki, kung pao, fried rice and noodles from the same kitchen and the same certification.

In the rotation

Lighter

Salads, steamed fish, grilled vegetables. The strand the nutrition policy tends to ask about.

Those four strands are the range a block draws on, not a fixed rota. The actual 30-day plan is built with the school and forms part of the capability pack.

A hot main course tray from the daily service

Hot main

Rice or noodle base with a protein and a vegetable, portioned per child.

Wraps prepared for a grab-and-go counter

Grab and go

Wraps and packed items for short breaks and older year groups.

Lighter dishes and salads laid out

Vegetarian

Five vegetarian mains on the standing menu, priced the same as chicken.

Fruit and dessert portions

Fruit and dessert

Fresh fruit as standard, with kuih and baked items on rotation.

Compliance record

A canteen appointment is won on paperwork, not on tasting. Everything a committee has to verify is here, with its position stated plainly — including what we have not yet published.

Every row above is held today. School procurement lists vary, so if your requirement is not on this table — additional vaccination records, a particular insurance limit, a specific reporting format — put it to us directly. We will tell you what we hold and what we would put in place for the contract, rather than discovering it at evaluation.

How an appointment usually runs

Malaysian private and international school canteen contracts follow a fairly consistent shape.

  1. 01

    Capability pack and shortlist

The school circulates a requirement, and suppliers submit a pack: certification, food safety documentation, menu cycle, allergen data, references and pricing.

  2. 02

    Kitchen inspection

The school visits the production kitchen. Ours is in Ara Damansara and is the same kitchen that serves the events business, so it runs daily rather than being stood up for the visit.

  3. 03

    Tasting

A panel — usually including parents — tastes across the proposed cycle rather than a single showcase menu.

  4. 04

    Award and mobilisation

Typically a two-year term with an option to extend by two. Mobilisation covers counter setup, staffing and the first cycle's ordering.

This describes how these appointments generally work in this market. It is context for a school considering us, not a description of a contract we currently hold.

Request the capability pack.

A 30-day menu plan, the compliance record, the halal certificate, insurance and pricing, as one document you can circulate to a committee. We will tell you honestly which parts are ready today and which we would build with you.
